1. What Lista is

Lista is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform that helps event rental companies manage inventory, bookings, clients and reports. Each business gets its own isolated workspace and decides who can access it.

2. Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, set up your organization, invite team members, add inventory, create bookings or upload client and branding data. This may include:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Organization name, address, logo, accent colour and tagline
• Inventory details, stock quantities, prices and photos
• Client names, contact details and event information
• Booking dates, delivery notes and status history
• Team member roles and permission settings

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to operate and improve Lista: to authenticate you, to display your workspace, to generate reports and exports, to send transactional notifications, and to fix bugs. We do not sell your data. We do not use client or booking data for advertising.

4. Who can see your data

Each organization is isolated from every other. Within your workspace, only users you invite can see your data, and only in line with the permissions you set. Our infrastructure provider may process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in secure, encrypted cloud databases and storage. We enforce authentication, row-level security policies and role-based access control. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may use basic analytics to understand how the app is used, but we do not track you across the wider web.

7. Your rights

You can access, update or delete most of your data directly inside the app. If you want to export everything or close your workspace permanently, contact us and we will help within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Lista grows. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
